The first club to ask Real Madrid for permission to negotiate with Rodrygo

Not a week goes by without Rodrygo (24 years old) making headlines, as the Brazilian’s future remains a mystery that must be resolved sooner or later. Real Madrid would be happy to sell a player who Xabi Alonso has rarely used since taking over from Ancelotti, so the Brazilian is keen to leave as well.

Real Madrid valued Rodrygo at €90 million, a sum many consider exorbitant, even if it’s on par with what’s being paid in the Premier League. Tottenham are clear: they want to negotiate.
