Nevertheless, what happens now in present day and beyond is irrelevant and separate, and will never take away from arguably the greatest moment in Real Madrid history: Sergio Ramos’s header with 92:48 on the clock in the 2014 Champions League final against Atletico Madrid to send the game into extra-time.

And it may have just been an equalizer, but those who watched the game knew it was more than that: it was a goal that broke Atletico Madrid completely. It was evident that Real Madrid were going to win La Decima after Ramos’s goal.
